AI Sentiment

SentimentAI sentiment is the tone of how assistants describe your business when they name it — positive, neutral, or negative — which shapes the customer's impression before they ever reach you.

Being named is necessary but not sufficient. How you're framed — 'reliable and fairly priced', 'pricey but excellent', or 'mixed reviews' — moves the decision. AI sentiment tracks the adjectives and framing the models attach to you.

Because assistants draw that framing from reviews, directories, and press, sentiment is a downstream read on your reputation as machines interpret it. A drop can be an early warning that a review trend or a stale source is coloring your answers.

Key points

  • Tracks the tone, not just the presence, of your mentions.
  • Sourced from the reviews and pages the models read.
  • Negative framing can cost you even when you're named.
