AI Sentiment

Sentiment, AI sentiment is the tone of how assistants describe your business when they name it, positive, neutral, or negative, which shapes the customer's impression before they ever reach you.

Being named is necessary but not sufficient. How you're framed, 'reliable and fairly priced', 'pricey but excellent', or 'mixed reviews', moves the decision. AI sentiment tracks the adjectives and framing the models attach to you.

Because assistants draw that framing from reviews, directories, and press, sentiment is a downstream read on your reputation as machines interpret it. A drop can be an early warning that a review trend or a stale source is coloring your answers.

Key points

  • Tracks the tone, not just the presence, of your mentions.
  • Sourced from the reviews and pages the models read.
  • Negative framing can cost you even when you're named.
