Which AI assistants does it check?
The free scan requests sampled answers from configured APIs for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Their answers may differ from what a person sees in a consumer app because models, browsing settings, location and personalization can vary.
What does it mean if my business is not mentioned?
It means your business was not found in that completed answer to that question. It does not show every answer customers might see, prove why you were absent or measure lost traffic. Read the question, answer and available sources before deciding what to investigate.
Can I compare this result with a later scan?
Keep the scorecard as a dated baseline. Compare the same questions, assistant coverage and settings when you check again. Answers can change between runs, and a changed score alone does not prove that one edit caused the change.
