What MentionedOn does
Free AI visibility scan
Type your business and city and we ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Copilot the questions your customers ask, without naming you. You get a 0 to 100 score, the competitors named instead of you, and a fix list, with no account and no card.
Local monitoring
$99 a month for one business. We track 100 customer questions, check your top 25 daily on ChatGPT and Gemini, and recheck all 100 on six assistants every Monday, so you see when an answer starts or stops naming you.
Growth monitoring
$399 a month for up to five businesses or locations, with 120 questions each and 10 seats. It is built for multi-location owners and for agencies watching a handful of clients from one account.
Fix list, profile copy and local articles
Every paid plan turns the answers into a ranked to-do list, the exact wording to paste into your Google Business Profile, and publish-ready articles written for your town. The outcome is a short list of work you can actually finish, not a dashboard to stare at.
Concierge (done for you)
From $999 a month, month to month, we do the work ourselves: Google Business Profile, site structure, listings, reviews and articles. You get a monthly report that shows the work and the captured answers, including where they have not moved yet.

Claude included on every paid plan
Every Monday we recheck the full question set on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Copilot. On Gauge's public pricing, Claude coverage sits in its custom Enterprise tier rather than the $599 Growth plan.
Month to month, with a 30-day refund
No contract on any plan, Concierge included. Local and Growth cancel from the billing portal in your account, and if the first month is not useful for any reason, email us and we refund it in full.
Receipts, not a black box
We store the full answer text, its cited links and its capture date for every question, and the questions never name you. The methodology is public, including its limits: we sample model APIs, which is not the same as what one person sees in the consumer app.
Honest about scope
MentionedOn does not track Google Maps grid rank, sync directory listings or manage reviews. Tools such as Local Falcon and BrightLocal are built for those jobs, and plenty of owners run one of them alongside us.
We don’t promise rankings; AI answers aren’t ad slots. We work the inputs and show the trend, including when it hasn’t moved yet.
Everything on this site is computed from stored production data: the public leaderboards, the data reports, the study of what AI actually cites, and every scorecard. Our methodology is public, including its limits.

The team behind MentionedOn
John Arndt, based in Sacramento, California, is the founder of Soxoa, which builds AI automation for small and mid-size businesses in Northern California. He builds and runs every product in the Soxoa family himself.
MentionedOn started in 2026 from a simple observation: customers had started asking ChatGPT who to hire before they ever opened Google, and the owners being named, or skipped, had no way to see it. John built the scan he wished existed: real questions, real assistant answers, and receipts you can audit.
The team is honest-sized: one founder, working with AI tooling for engineering and for the scan pipeline itself. There is no sales team, no account manager and no support queue, which means the person who answers your email is the person who wrote the code.
