Why the guarantee is shaped this way
We're deliberate about this. We can't honestly guarantee that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity will recommend your business, because we don't control what those models say. Any company promising you a ranking or a recommendation in an AI answer is promising something outside its control.
So our guarantee is scoped to what we do control and do every day: measuring where you actually stand across the assistants, showing you who gets recommended instead, and handing you concrete, prioritized actions to close the gap. If the product doesn't do that job for you, you shouldn't pay for it.
