Yes. Open Billing in your account settings, which takes you straight to the Stripe billing portal, and cancel there. No calls, no retention maze. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

No. Nothing is deleted when you cancel. At the end of the period you paid for, the account drops back to the free plan: your business, your scorecards, and every past scan stay in the account and stay readable. What stops is the paid work, daily re-scans, visibility-drop alerts, the weekly owner's report, the action kit, articles, Ask, and CSV exports. If you were tracking several locations, the extra ones stay saved but stop being monitored, because the free plan covers one. Export anything you want to keep while the plan is still live.
